## Work in Progress

Show that the message passing algorithms Belief Propagation (BP) and Susceptibility Propagation (SP) around the critical temperature in a simple binary model, allow to connect the structure with the typical functions of the brain.

- Demonstrate that in the absence of direct external stimuli and around of the Ising’s critical temperature, the BP algorithm converges to an activation map similar to the Default Mode Network (DMN).
- To estimate the functional connectivity of the brain using the SP algorithm around of the critical temperature from the anatomical structure.
- To evaluate the physiological relevance of the functional connectivity obtained with the SP through the comparison of a determined segregation with the modularity on the previous matrix, with the functional organization maps obtained experimentally in previous studies (resting state networks: RSNs).
